Weber Fire District serves the unincorporated areas of Weber County and participating Cities, and operates four(4) full time stations. The Weber Fire District has started the construction of a new headquarters station in Farr West and two other stations (one in Huntsville - the other in the Taylor area) scheduled completion asumed to be mid-year 2007.
Weber Fire District does not have a scheduled hiring date, however we maintain approximately five(5) reserve/volunteer, twenty(20) part-time personnel and thirty six(36) full time personnel.
Most new employees are hired as reserve and/or part-time, but in some cases may be applicable to fill a full time position. Applicants may pick up an application packet at Station 61, or download and print from the links below, upon completion Weber Fire District contacts qualified applicants by letter to schedule the Candidate Physical Ability Test (CPAT) and if the candidates passes, an interview is scheduled.
