Inspections

Inspections are required for:

Food Trucks
Business Licenses
In-home Daycare, Daycare Facilities, Group Homes, and Nursing Homes.
Commercial and Residential Developments and Building.
Fire Suppression Systems, Fire Alarm Systems, Kitchen Hood Systems.
Other inspections that are deemed necessary as per the Fire Marshal's Office.

Daycares, Group Homes, and Nursing Homes Inspections

- Business Information - Business name, billing address, and physical address (if different).
- Contact information - Contact person(s), e-mail addresses, and phone numbers.
- Any additional information you think necessary.

An invoice will be created.
After payment is received, the Fire Marshal's Office will make contact to schedule a date and time to inspect

**PLEASE ALLOW UP TO 3 BUSINESS DAYS FOR INSPECTIONS**

Food Trucks

Food Trucks inspections are typically scheduled to take place at Station 61, 2023 W 1300 N, Farr West, UT. If you require an onsite inspection please note that there is an increase in the fee.
