Public Pyrotechnic Display

 

Weber Fire District requires professionals wanting to do a pyrotechnic display show to submit the following for approval:

  • Permit application

  • Site Location 

  • Insurance Information

  • Pyrotechnician's License - front and back.

Firework Sales

Permits are required for firework sales.

You will need to contact the front office at 801-782-3580

  • An invoice will be created.

  • The Fire Marshal's Office will make contact to schedule a date and time to inspect (after payment is received)

  • Permit will be issued after inspection and should be displayed.

**PLEASE ALLOW UP TO 3 BUSINESS DAYS FOR INSPECTIONS**

Your tent should be completely set-up and ready for operation.
