Notice of Public Hearing


The Weber Fire District Board of Trustees will hold a Public Hearing on:

📅 Tuesday, September 23, 2025

6:00 p.m.

📍 Weber Fire District Station 61 – Training Room2023 West 1300 North, Farr West, Utah


Purpose of the Hearing

The Board of Trustees will consider adoption of the following related to public safety facilities within the Weber Fire District boundaries:

  • Proposed Impact Fee Facilities Plan (IFFP)

  • Proposed Impact Fee Analysis (IFA), including a layman’s summary

  • Proposed Impact Fee Resolution / Enactment

The hearing will include time for public comment, questions, and discussion before the Board considers approval and adoption.


Public Review of Documents

Copies of the IFFP, IFA, and proposed ordinance are available for public review:
