🚒 NOTICE OF SEALED BID VEHICLE SALE
Weber Fire District is accepting sealed bids for the sale of three surplus vehicles. All vehicles are sold “as is” with no warranty expressed or implied.
Interested individuals or organizations are invited to submit a sealed bid for one or more vehicles by the deadline listed below. Vehicles may be viewed by appointment by contacting Jolene Whipple, Office Manager, at 801-782-3580 or jwhipple@weberfiredistrict.com.

Bid Opening: November 12, 2025
Submission Deadline: November 24, 2025, by 4:00 p.m.
📍 How to Submit
Complete the Sealed Bid Form (linked below).
Place the form in a sealed envelope clearly labeled:
“SEALED VEHICLE BID – ITEM NUMBER”
Submit to:
Weber Fire District Administrative Office
Attn: Jolene Whipple, Office Manager

Late bids will not be accepted.
Weber Fire District reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
Winning bidders will be notified within two (2) days of closing and must provide full payment within four (4) business days of notification.
📋 Terms and Conditions of Sale
Vehicles will be awarded to the highest responsive and responsible bidder.
Winning bidders will be notified within 2 business days of bid closing.
Full payment by cashier's check or money order is due within 4 business days of notification.
Title and Bill of Sale will be released only after full payment is received and verified as valid.
Buyer is responsible for vehicle pickup and transport.
