We're Hiring: Finance Director


Weber Fire District is seeking an experienced Finance Director to join our executive leadership team.


This position oversees the District's financial operations, budgeting, accounting, payroll, human resources, benefits administration, and long-range financial planning while supporting the Board of Trustees and executive leadership.


Position Highlights

  • Salary: $102,211–$144,144 annually ($49.14–$69.30/hour, DOE)

  • Schedule: Four 10-hour shifts

  • Benefits: URS Retirement, Medical, Dental, Vision, Sick Leave, and Vacation
